Managing Projects to Secure Sustained Beneficial Impact

For social ventures, money is like oxygen.  We cannot accomplish our purpose without it. This training module teaches the important basic business principles that give oxygen to the business including break even analysis (how to cover your costs), operating your business, and managing the sales process. 

The Safe Water Project board game is used to teach such skills to teams in a low risk setting. Version 3 of the board game (currently under development) will also have a real life mode that can be used to help manage projects on an ongoing basis.
