TECHNICAL TRAINING
Constructing and Operating Water Purification Systems
The technical training module provides links to curated material and train the trainer workshops. We have also found it helpful to have new technicians work at an existing project for a month to pick up skills from other experienced staff.
This module consists of a training manual on biofilter construction as well as a series of 14 videos illustrating each step of the biofilter construction process. The Centre for Affordable Water and Sanitation Technology (CAWST) also offers train the trainer based training courses.
